Unfortunately, emergencies happen whether we like it or not. However, we want our clients to know that we are available 24 hours a day via phone or through the personal attendance of a property manager.
We operate 365 days a year, meaning we will get to you whatever the weather. When you call our out-of-hours team, you will always be put through to a team member; we understand that no one wants to wait in a queue just to speak to an automatic operator.
